Will Oulton is leaving his role as director of Responsible Investment at FTSE Group to join Mercer's investment consulting business as European Head of Responsible Investment.

Oulton will start his new role at Mercer in May when he replaces Emma Hunt, Mercer's former head of responsible investment for Europe who left to join rival advisor Towers Watson in February.

“We are delighted to be expanding our global Responsible Investment team and to have Will lead our efforts in Europe,” said Andrew Kirton, Global Head of Mercer’s Investment Consulting business. “We are strongly committed to our RI offering and Will brings an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience to the team that will enable us to further enhance our services in this area.”
